TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made from Strategic Sciences LLC. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and legally permitted to purchase the products offered. Certain products may be subject to federal, state, or local regulations.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to fulfillment.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment unless otherwise required by law.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our posted Return/Warranty Policy. Certain products may be non-returnable due to regulatory or safety considerations.

6. Compliance With Law

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable NFA and ITAR laws and regulations related to the purchase, possession, and use of products.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided “AS IS” unless otherwise stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategic Sciences LLC disclaims all implied warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Strategic Sciences LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strategic Sciences LLC from claims arising from misuse, unlawful use, or non-compliance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Strategic Sciences LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

WARRANTY POLICY

If it’s our fault we fix/replace your product, if it is user, ammo or weapon caused we will repair or replace at a discounted price.

This Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) applies to all Strategic Sciences suppressors, muzzle devices, and accessories (“Products”). By purchasing or using a Strategic Sciences Product, the purchaser (“Customer”) agrees to the terms set forth below.

1. Lifetime Warranty Against Manufacturer Defects

Strategic Sciences warrants that all Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the suppressor.

If a defect in materials or workmanship is found, Strategic Sciences will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product,
Replace the product with the same model or a functionally equivalent model, or
Provide an equivalent remedy if repair or replacement is not commercially practical.

2. What is Covered

The Warranty covers:

Cracks, weld failures, or structural defects
Flow Vector failures attributable to manufacturing
End cap or mount failures due to defective workmanship
Deformation caused by manufacturing defects
Defective threads, mounts, collars, or other interfaces
Premature wear not consistent with service life
Any failure determined to be the result of defective materials or workmanship

4. What is NOT Covered

The Warranty does not cover the following conditions:

A. Catastrophic abuse

Firing without proper muzzle alignment or installation
Failure caused by improper mounting or non-compatible host weapons
Use on calibers outside published ratings

B. Negligence or improper handling

Physical damage due to crushing, impacts, drops, vehicle damage, etc.
Corrosion caused by improper cleaning, chemical misuse, or submersion in caustic materials
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications

C. Ammunition-related issues

Baffle strikes or failures caused by:
Improperly stabilized bullets
Obstructions
Squib loads
Reloaded or defective ammunition
Ammunition outside SAAMI or CIP specifications

D. Cosmetic wear

Normal finish wear, color changes, carbon staining, heat discoloration
Non-structural aesthetic changes

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must:

Contact Strategic Sciences customer support to obtain an RMA number. Do this via the website or by emailing support@strategicsciences.us
Provide a brief description of the issue, photos if requested, and proof of lawful ownership.
Ship the Product to Strategic Sciences.

All serialized NFA items must be shipped in compliance with federal law and may require coordination with the receiving FFL/SOT.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategic Sciences is not liable for:

Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
Loss of use, loss of revenue, or replacement firearm costs
Damage to host weapons resulting from misuse or improper mounting

The Customer’s exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of the Product.

8. Baffle Strikes, Misalignment, and Damage from Host Firearms

Strategic Sciences suppressors are designed to handle extreme duty cycles when properly mounted and used within their rated specifications. Because baffle strikes can occur for reasons outside the control of the manufacturer, the following policy applies:

A. Manufacturer-Caused Baffle Strikes (Covered)

If a baffle strike or end-cap strike is determined by Strategic Sciences to be caused by:

Defective materials
Defective workmanship
Improper internal alignment
A manufacturing defect in the suppressor itself

The damage is fully covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

We will repair or replace the suppressor at no cost.

B. Non-Manufacturer Baffle Strikes (Partially Covered / Accident Protection)

If a baffle strike or end-cap strike results from issues NOT caused by the suppressor — including but not limited to:

Improper mounting or loose mounts
Misaligned barrels, threads, or shoulder surfaces
Host firearm timing issues
Obstructions, squib loads, or ammunition irregularities
Improper caliber pairing
Damage caused by strikes from unstable or deformed projectiles
Third-party mounts, thread adapters, or suppressor accessories

— then the incident is not considered a manufacturing defect.

However, because we understand these accidents happen, Strategic Sciences offers a Consumer Accident Replacement Program (CARP):

C. Accident Replacement Program – “Heavily Discounted Replacement”

If the suppressor is damaged beyond safe repair due to a non-warranty baffle strike or host firearm issue, Strategic Sciences will:

Replace the suppressor with a brand-new unit of the same model at a discounted price depending on the model and damage.

Handle all repair or replacement of serialized NFA components in compliance with ATF requirements.

Transfer the replacement suppressor back to the customer through their preferred FFL/SOT.

This program ensures customers are protected even when damage is not our fault.

D. Documentation Requirements

To process a baffle-strike evaluation, we may ask for:

Photos of the host firearm and muzzle threads
Photos of the suppressor damage
Basic details about ammunition type and firing schedule
The problematic firearm, barrel, muzzle device, or adapter (if applicable)

Our goal is not to deny claims — it’s to ensure safety and identify root causes.

9. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
